Hosts Tracy Swain and JaVonne Williams are joined by Ms. Pamela Stambaugh, MBA, President and Founder of Accountability Pays.  Ms. Stambaugh has 30 years’ experience elevating leaders’ thinking and creating ideal team dynamics including hiring A-players, succession planning and development.  Pamela and her extensive resources work to support organization’s needs for senior or emerging leader assessment and development, employee engagement, succession planning and more.

Ms. Stambaugh is featured in the Women in Business – Leading the Way book to be released in Spring 2020.  Additionally, she has authored two business books and spoken and trained around the world. She is a graduate of Lewis and Clark College and earned her MBA at the University of San Diego.

In her spare time, Ms. Stambaugh performs community service including chairing the University Club’s Distinguished Speaker Series and leading a team of coaches for Landmark Education.
